Our
Commitment to Diversity means embracing a policy
of fair treatment and promoting a culture of respect that contemplates differences
in the thoughts, perspectives, cultural backgrounds, and experiences of all
colleagues in our diverse work environment.
Incorporating diverse insights at
City National helps us to better meet the needs of our colleagues, our clients,
and the communities we serve. That is why we are constantly in search of
talented, experienced individuals who want to become part of our team and make
a difference.
Commitment to Diversity in Our Communities
- INROADS
City National Bank is a Corporate Sponsor of INROADS, a non-profit
organization dedicated to placing talented minority youth in business
and industry, and to preparing them for corporate and community
leadership. We take an active role in recruiting, mentoring, and
preparing minority college students for careers in banking.
- Dollars for Doers
Dollars for Doers is a grant program sponsored by City
National Bank. The bank will make a $250 donation to a qualified
non-profit (501c3) organization where an eligible colleague volunteers
at least 20 hours of service.
- Reading is the Way Up Volunteer Reading Program
Reading Is The Way Up is a multi-faceted, statewide literacy
initiative designed to address the plight of California public
school libraries. Colleagues can take up to three hours of paid
time off each month to read to schoolchildren in classrooms.
